The losses were recorded on Thursday (9/22) – for the third consecutive session – by Wall Street.
Following another rate hike by the Fed and messages that the US Central Bank will continue with its aggressive policy to contain inflation, all three Wall Street indices ended the day in “negative”.
The Dow Jones Index of the industry closed with a drop of 107.10 points (-0.35%), to 30,076.68 points.
The Nasdaq Index, in which the shares of companies in the technology sector predominate, closed with a drop of 153.39 points (-1.37%), to 11,066.81 points.
The broader S&P 500 index, indicative of the general trend, it closed with a drop of 31.94 points (-0.84%), to 3,757.99 points.
